The Cellar Key can be found in the Village Cellar below the Mayor's House in the Silent Forest Village, in a crate in the side room where two Villagers are initially hiding.

It can be used to unlock the wooden door that leads out of the cellar, which automatically locks when the Protagonist enters the cellar.
