The Plastic Chick is a toy found on the man who attacks the player in the Prologue section and the Final Dreamscene. It can be later shown to the Chicken Lady, who says that it belonged to her brother, Janek.

Trivia

• This item replaced the Dog Tag, which used to be located in the same place, as well as fill a very similar role.
